Not much happens without a dream. And for something great to happen, there must be a great dream. Behind every great achievement is a dreamer of great dream. Much more than a dreamer is required to bring it to reality; but the dream must be there first.
2. Self-forgiveness is the only way to remain happy &healthy. Unforgiveness is the greatest cause of sickness because a sour mind creates a sour body.
3. You’re right to feel sad, betrayed, anger & resentful when you’ve been injured. Understand, accept & express your feelings. Pushing them below the surfaces only means they will erupt in another place, at another time.
4. Sometimes, people hurt you because, like you, they are learning & growing. Forgive their incompetence, their humanness.
5. When you’re having a difficult time forgiving, recall a moment when you want to be forgiven. Offer the other person what you want to receive.
6. Forgiveness takes practices. Start with small hurts & work your way up to the big ones.
7. Forgiveness is not something you do for others; it is something you do for yourself. Give yourself the gift of forgiveness.
8. Something when we’ve been wronged, bruised, anger or betrayed, it is difficult to forgive. It is easier said than done. But too much anger or resentment makes it hard for us to move on/ all the pain we refuse to let go will bury us in a place, we shouldn’t get struck in. After the hurt and anger, should come healing, &healing can only take place if we allows ourselves to forgive. Real forgiveness is LETTING GO.
